الانتقالي يلزم المنظمات العاملة في الجنوب باستكمال إجراءات التسجيل الرسمي

أصدرت هيئة الشؤون الاجتماعية في المجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي، اليوم الأحد 21 سبتمبر 2025م، التعميم رقم (1) لسنة 2025، والذي يلزم جميع المنظمات المحلية والدولية العاملة في مختلف محافظات الجنوب بسرعة استكمال إجراءات التسجيل الرسمي لدى الهيئة، وذلك خلال مدة أقصاها شهر واحد من تاريخ صدور التعميم.

وأكدت الهيئة أن هذا الإجراء يأتي في إطار تنظيم العمل المؤسسي، وضمان الشفافية، وتعزيز الشراكة الفاعلة بين الهيئة والمنظمات بما يسهم في خدمة أهداف التنمية الاجتماعية والإنسانية في الجنوب.

ودعت الهيئة جميع المنظمات الراغبة في الاستمرار بمزاولة أنشطتها التنموية والإنسانية إلى الالتزام بإجراءات التسجيل، ورفع كافة الوثائق المطلوبة عبر الاستمارات الإلكترونية المخصصة:

وشددت الهيئة على أنها ستتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة تجاه أي جهة تتخلف عن التسجيل بعد انتهاء المهلة المحددة.

Circular No. (1) of 2025

The Social Affairs Authority of the Southern Transitional Council calls on all local and international organizations operating across the governorates of the South to promptly complete the official registration procedures with the Authority, within a period not exceeding one month from the date of issuance of this circular.

This measure comes within the framework of organizing institutional work, ensuring transparency, and strengthening partnership between the Authority and organizations, in a way that contributes to serving the goals of social and humanitarian development in the South.

Accordingly, all organizations wishing to continue carrying out their developmental and humanitarian activities must comply with the registration procedures and submit all required documents through the electronic forms provided below:

Note:
The Authority will take the necessary measures against any entity that fails to register after the expiration of the specified period.
